Minor UI and music changes this time as well as a web build!

+ Orbit is now playable on Web!

+ Phase 2 music now changes after Wave 2 is hit.

+ Controls button on start menu has been moved to the middle

+ Control explanations are now more informative

+ Lock icons added to abilities that haven't been unlocked yet

Hopefully the web build and UI changes help make our game more enjoyable!
